A day’s conference which will consider the impact of the coast on Suffolk’s heritage from prehistory to medieval times

Tickets available to SIAH members at £15 pp, SM&HS members at £15 pp, & non-members £20, includes tea & coffee, but make own arrangements for lunch, many options a short walk away on the High Street.
Travelling to Southwold you can avoid parking problems and charges by going by SIAH private-hire Galloways coach to the Arts Centre venue for £7.50 pp

circa 8.30 am Ipswich, London Rd, Park & Ride
9.50 am arrive Southwold Arts Centre
Return: depart at 5pm
NB £7.50 applies whether boarding at Bury or Ipswich. Provision of coach dependent on there being sufficient passengers. If not, payment for coach will be refunded
Some parking available in Southwold Primary School playground adjacent to venue, for Blue Badge holders & those with walking difficulties, from 9.15 a.m but please reserve a space for this, see below. Southwold parking information can be provided with ticket for others coming by car.
